Stretch and De-Stress in the Library!

Sport & Wellness Exercise Specialist Colleen will be leading a drop-in stretch and de-stress session in the Library.  This mini-break will balance our academic success with motion and flexibility. Street clothes are expected, please meet at the West end of the Library Services Desk.
