What Professor Will You Become? (In Person) In-Person
Have you thought about what professor you would like to become a year from now or five years from now? As time passes, we all change and evolve, but few people intentionally decide the direction where they are going. Those who do set goals and targets often focus only on the accomplishments they want to achieve and neglect thinking about the professional/person they want to become.
In this hands-on and relfective workshop, participants will have an opportunity to: i) choose the values, beliefs and emotions that will anchor their professional identity; ii) identify the thoughts, actions, knowledge, and communities that they will need in order to become the professor they want to be; iii) explore tools and strategies to achieve success in the journey of constant becoming.
