Understanding student behaviour in mêskanâs - Part 1 (in-person) In-Person

This three-part workshop will reveal actionable insights into your students’ behaviours in mêskanâs. See how students behave and engage online, and even spot early signs of at-risk students in the course. In this first session you will learn what to look for in the beginning weeks of class, identify student engagement in mêskanâs, and make proactive use of that information to improve your students’ learning experience.

The second session, scheduled at mid-term, will explore information available about student engagement and performance on assignments and exams. The third session, at the end of the term, will focus on performance patterns and predictions across the term that can inform future course design choices. The end goal is to make teaching even better and help students learn in the best way possible.
