Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) In-Person
Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL), also known as Virtual Exchange, is an approach that connects students and instructors in different countries for collaborative projects and discussions as part of their coursework. Using online communication and collaboration tools, COIL provides students (and instructors) with opportunities for cross-cultural interactions, intercultural competence development, and exposure to diverse perspectives without the need for physical travel. Come to this workshop to discover the exciting possibilities of COIL and learn practical strategies for integrating COIL into your courses.
