Becoming a Peer Observer In-Person

Are you interested in becoming a peer observer?  If you are wondering what it would look like, we are offering info sessions to provide you with a quick view of Peer Observation of Teaching Training. CTL Peer Observation Program is intended to provide instructors with formative, non-judg­mental feedback, grounded in appreciative inquiry. As such, we want to celebrate the best of what is building upon instructors’ successes and strengths while providing targeted, actionable, and research-informed support.  Attend this session to learn more about how to join the 2-day training on May 22-23 and how to become a certified peer observer.
