Structuring Flexible Assessment [in person] In-Person
This session offers different approaches to building flexible, accessible, and manageable assessments. Have you ever been interested in offering students options for assessment, but dread the crushing workload of more marking and having to build multiple rubrics? This session will help you identify the evidence of learning for your assessments, and structure options in ways that empower student choice without overwhelming your workload.
This approach attempts to balance choice with workload, and support you to get clear on what you are actually assessing in your student's work.
