Teaching Essentials - Kickstart your year In-Person

NOTE: This is a face-to-face session in the Multipurpose room 7-269.

Getting ready to start a new teaching year?  Kickstart the year by getting bird’s eye view on the teaching and learning process.  During this 2 hour session you will get tips on everything from course and lesson planning, to prioritizing content, to teaching and learning activities and student assessment.   Get ideas on what to do on your first day of classes and learn the principles for good practice in undergraduate education.  And from this sampling platter, decide where you might like additional support to help you through the next year.
