How will you pursue your investigation of teaching and learning? Will you need quantitative data? Perhaps there are qualitative methods that will suit your research question much better. What should you consider? Will you need to take a mixed methods approach? Is the literature review sufficiently comprehensive as a methods path? Can students be co-inquirers? In this session we consider some frequently asked questions about research methods for SoTL to help you decide the best research plan for your questions.
