As Symbaluk, Andrews, Potter & Zecevic (2024) explain in their article, "in practice, leadership in educational environments has always existed, but its formalization as EL in Canadian institutional contexts is newer and still evolving."

Come to this workshop to learn a few definitions of Educational Leadership as well as concrete examples of what EL might look like for instructors.
