Students as Partners in Higher Education Information Session [Online] In-Person

Student involvement in higher education goes beyond student union representation or student presence on university committees. The “students as partners” movement is based on the recognition that student involvement in teaching and learning can positively impact teaching and scholarly practices. In this session we will discuss some of the ways you already partner with students, consider some additional options for partnership, and review ways to ensure that partnerships align with equity and inclusion principles for higher education. You will receive an overview of our Students as Partners Program at MacEwan University so that you can plan for your winter semester.
