TeachBot 2049: AI Agents x Chatbots in Education [Online] Online

Building on a previous session designed specifically for artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots, this updated version will explore how AI can enhance teaching, learning, and educational management, with a focus on two key tools:

  • AI Agents: These are smart systems that can handle complex tasks, make decisions, and adapt to different needs. AI agents go beyond simple automation by analyzing data, spotting patterns, and helping educators and students work more efficiently. They’re great for tasks like personalizing learning experiences or streamlining administrative work.

  • Chatbots: Chatbots are AI tools that can have conversations with people. They provide quick answers, guidance, or support by simulating real-life dialogue. In education, chatbots help connect students and educators, give instant access to information, and make learning more inclusive and user-friendly.

This session will explain how these tools work, show how they can be used effectively in schools and classrooms, and cover important tips for using them responsibly. By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of how to bring AI agents and chatbots into their educational practices to save time, improve engagement, and create better outcomes for learners.
