Planning and Optimization Systems: Getting Things Done Without Burning Out (In Person) In-Person
In today’s fast-paced world, productivity often comes at the cost of our well-being and many instructors have experienced the exhaustion, overwhelm, and diminished joy of being "always on." This interactive workshop series supports you in designing and implementing realistic planning and optimization systems that help you achieve your goals efficiently without sacrificing your health or well-being. Learn practical frameworks for prioritization, time-blocking, and energy management, supported by easy-to-use tools and techniques. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to streamline their workflow, reduce decision fatigue, and maintain balance. To get the most out of this session, please bring your calendar, planner, task-lists–whatever you use as planning tools–so you can start optimizing as you learn.
This is the first session of a three-part series designed to help you create holistic and sustainable systems personalized to your work style and rhythm. Parts 2 and 3 will be offered through the fall term. While attending all sessions is recommended, each stands alone and can be joined as your schedule allows.
