Pathways to Exemplary Teaching and Leadership (PETL) Orientation [in-person] In-Person
Join CTL to learn about the Pathways to Exemplary Teaching and Leadership (PETL), a flexible certificate that recognizes the continuous learning and growth that results from ongoing professional development in teaching and learning. During this session we will:
- Provide an overview of the Pathways
- Review options for participating in a self-paced or guided process
- Discuss your professional development goals and needs
The PETL program is designed to support faculty at all stages of their careers with personalized, self-directed learning opportunities. Developed through a collaborative pilot with faculty and chairs, the certificate focuses on deep reflection, meaningful growth, and tailored engagement with CTL programs and services.
