Jump Start - Assessment Clinic (Part 2) In-Person

This session builds on the work done in Assessment Clinic – Part 1. Learn the difference between a marking guide and a grading rubric.  Create a rubric for one of your course assignments using AI and build it out in mêskanâs. Explore recommendations and guidelines for giving effective student feedback.  And finally, consider the time and energy needed to grade course work.

Note: This session is offered in-person. It is recommended that you bring a laptop as there will be time for hands-on work on your course materials and/or mêskanâs site.
