Planning Retreat: Designing Your Upcoming Year (Online) In-Person

The end of the year is an excellent time to intentionally reflect on where we have been and where we would like to go. This session offers you a chance to pause, plan your upcoming year, and make it more purposeful. Each one-hour block will include:

  • Collective introduction of topic and suggestion of prompts (15 min)
  • Individual planning and reflection time (30 min)
  • Group discussion of insights gained about the planning process (15 min)

Register once and attend all blocks, or join the meeting only for the topics you choose. Feel free to come and go as you please in this online session. The schedule will be as follows:

  • 10am-11am  Looking Back: Reflect on the past year with honesty and curiosity and extract the lessons.
  • 11am-12pm  Celebrating and Letting Go: Savour the good and identify what needs to be released to create space for the new.
  • 12pm-1pm  Dreaming Big: Visualize the future, imagine all that is possible, and anchor the vision in your emotional brain.
  • 1pm-2pm  Setting Goals and Commitments: Identify the desired milestones you are willing to commit to and create paths for progress.
  • 2pm-3pm  Drilling Down to Habits and Routines: Blueprint what works for you and automate rhythms that lead to your goals.
