Intercultural Competence in Higher Education [In person]

Intercultural Competence in Higher Education [In person] In-Person

The aim of this workshop is to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the current tensions and the advancements in cultural competence in higher education, across domestic and international contexts. Cultural competence in post-secondary education continues to evolve as institutions grapple with globalization, internationalization, equity, and the increasing diversity of student populations. This session will highlight the developmental nature of cultural competence by emphasizing that it is not a static achievement but an ongoing process of growth in knowledge, skills, and attitudes for all participating in higher education.
