Bring your own hat or grab a Bell Let’s Talk toque (while supplies last), then settle in for a relaxing, hands-on activity. Express yourself by customizing a cozy toque with embroidery thread, beads, fabric, wool, buttons, and more. Whether you’re crafting, chatting, or simply taking a moment to breathe, this is a welcoming space to slow down and connect during Mental Health Week.
