Quick Course Design In-Person

Whether you are designing a course for the first time or re-designing an existing course, get motivated with this interactive workshop. In this session, we will explore course design strategies to help save time by prioritizing high-impact areas and provide you with resources and tools to support your course design. You'll also connect with other colleagues who are working on course design projects and have a chance to share ideas and questions. Topics covered will include:

 

9:00-10:00 Introduction to Course Design Models and Concepts

10:00-11:00 Course Design Prioritizing and Planning

11:00-12:00 Course Design Tools & Resources (including GenAI tools)

 

Bring your laptops and course materials to try out some of the tools and strategies. Please note this session takes place in-person only.
