Course Design Community Session In-Person

This session is a chance to meet and discuss course design projects with colleagues from around the university. You'll meet instructors who are working on making big and small changes to their courses and materials, such as re-designing assessments, adapting courses for online and hybrid delivery, or creating courses from scratch. You'll have time to chat with colleagues and time to work on your course materials with experienced CTL staff who can provide support.

This community session is open to anyone interested in and working on course design or re-design. No experience or prior training is needed.

Session Goals:

  • Introduce CTL staff and services that can help support course design
  • Meet peers who are working on course design projects
  • Spend time working on aspects of your course design project
  • Ask questions of peers and CTL about your specific context

This session is designed as a one-time event, but if there is enough demand and based on the needs and interest of Course Design Community participants, future sessions may be scheduled throughout the summer as availability allows.
