Strong Narratives: The Art of Telling Your Story (Online Info Session) In-Person
Dossiers for tenure, promotion, awards and grants increasingly expect academics to articulate a coherent and compelling narrative of who they are and what they have done. And yet, few of us have ever been taught how to do it. CTL is pleased to announce a new program that will give faculty an opportunity to:
- Identify multiple ways to construct a strong narrative
- Practice telling your story
- Receive peer feedback
Attend this info session to learn more about the June offering, including how you can participate.
Please note that to be eligible to register in the program you must:
- Be available on June 10, 15 and 17 (between 9:30am-12:00pm or 1:30pm-4:00pm)
- Commit to attending all three sessions
- Hold a faculty appointment eligible for tenure and/or promotion (e.g., Assistant Professor, Librarian, Counsellor)
- Be willing to give and receive feedback
