 Leadership (PETL)\, a flexible program that recognizes the continuous 
 learning and growth that results from ongoing professional development in 
 teaching and learning. During this session we will:\n\n\n	Provide an 
 overview of the Pathways program\n	Walk through the mêskanâs 
 resources\n	Answer any questions you may have\n\n\nThe PETL program is 
 designed to support faculty at all stages of their careers with 
 personalized\, self-directed learning opportunities. Developed through a 
 collaborative pilot with faculty and chairs\, the program focuses on deep 
 reflection\, meaningful growth\, and tailored engagement with CTL programs
