 Leadership (PETL)\, a flexible program that recognizes the continuous 
 learning and growth that results from ongoing professional development in 
 teaching and learning. During this session we will:\n\n\n	Provide an 
 overview of the Pathways\n	Review options for participating in a self-paced 
 or guided process\n	Discuss your professional development goals and 
 needs\n\n\nThe PETL program is designed to support faculty at all stages of 
 their careers with personalized\, self-directed learning opportunities. 
 Developed through a collaborative pilot with faculty and chairs\, the 
 program focuses on deep reflection\, meaningful growth\, and tailored
